20th Annual Bowl-A-Thon
To Benefit the
Muscular Dystrophy Association
April 19, 2009

The Bowl-A-Thon will be held at Farmingdale Lanes, 999 Conklin St. Farmingdale.

The Bowling will start 1:00 pm.

Bowlers can collect money in two ways:

Per Pin Collection – Sponsors will pledge a monetary amount per pin.  Bowlers will then collect money for their score in the 3 game series.

Donation Only – Sponsors pledge a flat donation.
